Request a MatrixCare integration

A MatrixCare integration must begin with a customer request. We have not yet received a request from a customer who needs this connection, so we have not set up an integration with MatrixCare. We can build it when a customer requests it.

Request an integration​

  1. Contact RehabAlpha support and tell us that your organization needs a MatrixCare integration.
  2. Include your organization, the facilities that would use the connection, and the MatrixCare product you use.
  3. Describe what you want to share between the systems and in which direction. For example, tell us whether you need patient information brought into RehabAlpha or therapy documentation sent to MatrixCare.
  4. Include a contact who can coordinate the request with your MatrixCare team.

We will work with you to confirm the scope, setup requirements, and timing. The information supported and the syncing workflow will be defined as part of that work.

You should know​

MatrixCare may appear as a provider in RehabAlpha's integration settings, but data syncing is not currently available. Selecting a provider or saving connection settings does not establish an integration.
