Reset your password

RehabAlpha is still under active development. It is not yet HIPAA compliant and should only be used with dummy data.

Reset your password if you've forgotten it or want to choose a new one. You'll request a reset link by email, then use that link to set your new password.

Before you start​

Make sure you can open the inbox for the email address on your RehabAlpha account.

Request a password reset email​

  1. Open the RehabAlpha sign-in page.
  2. Click Forgot your password? Reset it ».
  3. In Email, enter the email address you use to sign in.
  4. Click Send password reset email.

When the email is sent, RehabAlpha displays a confirmation message.

Set your new password​

  1. Open the password reset email from RehabAlpha.
  2. Click the password reset link.
  3. Follow the instructions on the reset page to enter and save your new password.
  4. Return to RehabAlpha and sign in with the new password.

If your account uses two-factor authentication, you'll still need the verification code sent to your phone when you sign in with your new password.

Frequently asked questions​

Why does RehabAlpha say there is no account with my email address?​

Check the address for typos and use the email address you registered with RehabAlpha. Then request the reset email again.

What if I cannot access my email or phone?​

If you cannot access your account's email inbox, contact [email protected]. If you can no longer receive verification codes at your phone number, follow the steps to request a phone number change.
