Set up facility contracts

Facility contracts define billing and reimbursement rules between your therapy organization and a facility.

Before you start

Gather the contract details:

  • facility
  • start date and end date
  • payor types covered by the contract
  • CPT codes or service groups
  • reimbursement rates or percentage of revenue
  • fallback rules

Add a contract

  1. Open the facility.
  2. Click Contracts.
  3. Click New contract.
  4. Enter the contract dates.
  5. Add rate groups.
  6. Enter rates, percentage of revenue, and fallback rules.
  7. Save the contract.

When contracts are optional

You can manage clinical documentation without facility contracts. Add contracts when your organization wants RehabAlpha to help support billing operations, invoices, or revenue sharing.
