Set up a facility

A facility is a location where therapy services are provided, such as a skilled nursing facility, assisted living facility, hospital, or outpatient clinic.

Before you start​

You’ll need a test organization to work from. See Set up an organization.

Create a facility​

  1. Open Facilities.
  2. Click New facility.
  3. Enter the facility name.
  4. Choose the facility type.
  5. Enter the state.
  6. Enter the county when available.
  7. Confirm the time zone.
  8. Click Save.

View a facility​

  1. Open Facilities.
  2. Find the facility in the list.
  3. Click the facility name.
  4. Review the facility details, patients, schedule, and settings.

Update a facility​

  1. Open the facility.
  2. Click Edit.
  3. Update the facility details.
  4. Click Save.

Delete a facility​

  1. Open the facility.
  2. Click Edit.
  3. Click Delete.
  4. Confirm the deletion.

Only delete a facility if it is not needed for admissions, schedules, access control, contracts, or reporting.
