Manage notices

Notices are actionable reminders about compliance risks, missing information, billing issues, or time-sensitive documentation.

Review notices

  1. Open your dashboard.
  2. Review the notices section.
  3. Use tags, facility names, patient names, or notice type to understand what each notice affects.
  4. Click Fix it to open the relevant page.

Fix a notice

  1. Open the notice.
  2. Click Fix it.
  3. Make the needed correction.
  4. Return to the notice.
  5. Click Refresh when available.

If the issue is resolved, the notice clears. If it remains, review the notice details and check whether more information is still missing.

Snooze a notice

Snooze a notice when it is real but cannot be handled right now. Snoozing hides the notice for you only; it does not hide it from everyone else in the organization.
