Write a progress report
Use a progress report to summarize patient progress during an active therapy case and support continued skilled care.
When to write one
Write a progress report when your organization, payer, or clinical workflow requires a formal update. RehabAlpha notices may also remind you when a progress report is coming due or past due.
Complete the progress report
- Open the patient's therapy case.
- Click Progress reports.
- Click New progress report.
- Select the correct date.
- Review goals, measures, and recent treatments.
- Document progress, barriers, and clinical reasoning.
- Save the report.
After saving
Check for any notices related to missing signatures, overdue documentation, or unresolved plan of care issues.
